4 Week Ceramics Course

Dirthouse’s four-week course is perfect for beginner students who want to gain an extended understanding of working with clay. Learn the foundations of wheel throwing and hand-building, and how to trim, fire and glaze.

Week One: Introduction to studio + wheel throwing + handbuilding with slabs
Week Two: Wheel throwing + handbuilding with coils
Week Three: Work on your own project!
Week Four: Glazing

The course fee includes 8 hours of making time and all clay, glazes and tools are provided.

- Weekly 2-hour classes for 4 weeks.
